Coca-Cola re-releases Sprite Cranberry

via FoodBev

The Coca-Cola Company's Sprite brand has re-released Sprite Cranberry and Sprite Cranberry Zero products in time for the festive season.

Launched for the first time in 2013, the drinks are back due to 'popular demand', according to the brand's website, and both beverages will be available in supermarket stores until the end of the year. Sprite's cranberry variants feature the company's traditional lemon-lime blend, along with a splash of sweet and tart cranberry notes.
"We listened to our fans and their desire to add cranberry flavour to Sprite. That lead to the 2013 launch of Sprite Cranberry, our first flavour innovation since 2005," said Kimberly Paige, associate vice president, Sprite Brands, Coca-Cola North America. "Once again, we're rolling out the popular, crisp, clear, berry-flavoured taste in time for those special holiday celebrations."
Sprite Cranberry and Sprite Cranberry Zero drinks are both packaged in PET bottles and cans. The products can be consumed as mixers or as standalone beverages.
